At Songbird Early Learning Centre, we believe that every child has the potential to soar. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. We are dedicated to fostering respect, inclusivity, and a love for learning, ensuring that every child feels valued and supported.
Our vision is to be a place where children can spread their wings and fly, reaching their fullest potential. We aim to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in every child who comes through our doors, preparing them for a bright and successful future.
We believe that “children learn and develop best through play” and “childhood is a special time just for children”. Our philosophy is based on our dedication to provide a home style environment for children, where “children can be children”. We strongly value the rights of children to have time to explore their world and we believe in following a play-based curriculum where relationships between children and their educators are secure and respectful.

We believe in creating an environment where each child feels a sense of belonging and identity, holistically catering to children’s needs and provide spaces to encourage the development of regulating these, respecting each child as an individual and spending the time to listen to them and allow opportunity for their knowledge to be shared, providing rich opportunities for being outdoors in the natural environment and promoting environmentally sustainable practices.
